Payment Policy
1. Full Payment is due for the total hours you have reserved. You
may pay with VISA, MC or AMEX . We cannot guarantee the sitter can
stay longer if you have not reserved those hours beforehand.
2. Babysitters cannot accept Cash payments unless it is a Gratuity.
3. Gratuities can be prepaid, charged after services or given to the
sitter in Cash. Gratuities charged to your room or credit card will
be paid to the babysitter minus a 20% service charge to cover fees.
Cancellation Policy
1. Client/ Family can cancel up to 14 days before reservation with
NO Charge
2. There will be a minimum of a $50 processing fee if you need to
cancel babysitting reservation within 10 days of start time.
3. For same day cancellations, you are financially responsible for
the hours your have reserved.
